Master of Japanese Hospitality

A GSE Tour Guide was awarded with the "Master of Japanese Hospitality" Award organized by the Travel Newspaper Shinsha.
Three years ago, GSE's female driver also received the "Excellent Bus Driver" Award.

Even in the tourism industry, professionals that are on the road represented by sommelier qualifications, various evaluations and certifications with long-term service awards and recognition are granted by associations in recognition of their achievements for the country and the public as well.
The daily operations of inns and hotels are requires coordination of efforts on each aspect such as sales, reservation, and customer service. Thus after visiting a hotel, it leaves customers with great satisfaction. By providing new information in the sales department, we can make new proposals based on customers' requests and provide excellent services.
The Travel Newspaper Shinsha recognizes daily hospitality with the recommendation of inns and hotel employees who support travel agencies nationwide and recognize them as "Masters of Japanese Hospitality". The recipients of the award will be blessed with greater "hospitality", and the people around them will also feel rewarded as they witness them do their job as well.
Moreover, Bus guides also play an important role as a "conductor" of travel, increasing user satisfaction. In addition to the knowledge required as a guide, the skills that can accommodate various types of customers are highly evaluated. This year's 18th Excellent Bus Guide Awards was selected from young to experienced. Focus on bus drivers are also well monitored.

The 17th "Master of Japanese Hospitality" has chosen 10 people the past excluding those who have been selected before. The 18th "Excellent Bus Guide" has selected 5 people. The 7th "Excellent Bus Driver" has selected 5 people.
